I have lived in other places before Evolve and nothing compares to it! This place is awesome and the new manager, Lyn, really cares about the residents and makes it fun to live here. Would highly recommend!!
Moving into evolve has been the best decision of my life. After being homeless for 2 months while the Standard continuously lied to its residents. Lyn the new manager and her staff got me and all my roommates set up in a apartment for an extremely affordable price. The staff has been top notch in providing a comfortable and easygoing lifestyle for residents. Once again thank you Lynn for the great opportunity and for doing such a great job turning this place around.

Evolve is amazing!! I love love love living here. It use to be under terrible management but the new manager, Lyn, and all the new employees are great. They're extremely friendly and always lending a helping hand. Evolve has low rates and comes fully furnished. All the residents are super sweet and the building is located right by campus and Cumberland Avenue. The new employees are well trained too.
