Amazing facility and excellent staff. Nothing less than a stellar experience all around.
Business response:
Thank you, Brittany, for your kind words! You are an EXCELLENT client!
Excellent service and caring staff. I’ve been bringing my pets here for many years!!
Business response:
Thank you for your generous feedback, Mary Lou! Your pets (both canine and feline) have always been wonderful patients. Feel free to rate us with stars to help us share the love!
The best in Milwaukee - I even make the drive from Madison 🐶💙
Business response:
Thank you Keri for your continued loyalty to our practice :)
Dr Vogel is always so gracious and helpful!! I am a high-anxiety cat parent, and she always takes the time to answer my questions. Also, she explains things in a way I can remember afterwards. Dr Vogel helps me be the best Human I can to my furry boys. I would like to echo that sentiment as well to the techs who have helped Onyx & Carrot as well - they all clearly love animals, and it shows. Finally, a bonus: neither one of them seem to fear getting into their carrier to go to the vet. 💚🐾
Business response:
Thank you Lesley! Your kitties are so sweet, and carrot is one of our favorite pet names so far :)
They are great people who love animals. Dr Bennett took very good of our new member of our family, Bandit, our polish bunny we picked up at the humane society. We are so thankful for Dr Bennett and the small animal hospital.
Business response:
Thank you for visiting us! Bandit is adorable. You should share a picture 🙂
Everything! The staff and the care they give is outstanding!
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your wonderful review, Kass. Thank you for trusting us with all of your kitties' care for so many years!
Small Animal Hospital is wonderful. The doctors and technicians are so sweet, kind and knowledgeable — but I have to say that Dr Bennetts is my favorite. ☺️ When she leaves I will be so sad. I’ve been coming here for ~15 years with my rabbits and dogs and have no plans to ever go elsewhere. People may complain about prices; you get what you pay for and I will not skimp on the quality of care just to save a few bucks. Thanks SAH for keeping my fur kids healthy over the years. 🐾
Business response:
Laura, thank you so much for the feedback. And don't forget the sweet little ratties ;)
Great vet service, their up charge for the drugs they sell is unbelievable. Like a 100% up charge. Save half your money and just get them somewhere else, it’s really that easy. Good vets, but their drug prices are bs. Never ever buy their drugs, find out what your pet needs, and order it online yourself. DON'T BUY YOUR PETS MEDICATIONS FROM HERE.
The best! Our last dog had a several very serious health conditions crop up, no matter what Dr. Banks and the staff always made time to fit us in, give us the time and attention that is unheard of from other vets, and even call to follow up or with another thought on their own time. We will absolutely continue to bring our pets to Small Animal in the future.
