We have always had great great service for our bunnies, cat and dog here. Love the care and compassion.
We had a puppy emergency and they fit us in immediately. They took great care of our boy, and treated me with respect and compassion too. This is a rare combination in vets. Diagnosing dogs, particularly puppies is hard because they can't tell you where is hurts. Ash's symptons were weird and didn't make sense in a puppy. She took a lot of time and consulted with not only other doctors there, but I'm pretty sure she called a specialist as well. Our doctor called us from HOME on her day off to check on Ash! My rabbit and guinea pig have both been seen by Dr. Bennetts and staff. She is very thorough, genuine and honest. The vet tech we had was also very patient and friendly. Definitely recommend for small animal care!
I have taken all my animals here including dogs and cats since 2011. I feel my animals have always received great and compassionate care. I particularly feel that Dr Banks and Dr Geiken are both extremely kind vets. I would trust either one anytime. In fact I recently had to put down my beloved dog and Dr banks was extremely supportive during this heartbreaking time. I’ve been going to the Small Animal Hospital for as long as I’ve had pets. The staff are courteous and kind - I always feel like they have my pets best interest in mind when they are mapping a treatment plan. They’re the best!
I love Dr. Bennetts. She is invested in our pets’ care, and consults with us in a very accessible way.
