Amber B. is absolutely a breath of fresh air, and Brittany is fun and terrific! Everyone there are sweet and kind. They do such a great job of answering all of your questions and making sure that you have all of your questions answered where you understand everything and you know exactly what to expect. We really enjoyed our visit!

I love Charmaine from smile direct club she made me feel comfortable and she’s so sweet . The starting process is super quick and very affordable i would definitely recommend to anyone

The staff was incredible!! I had an emergency come up an hour before my appointment and I was able to call and reschedule in less than five minutes thanks to Tracey. When I got there it felt like I was seeing friends, everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Charmaine explained everything very well and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. She assured me that everything I wanted fixed would be possible and it would be done in time for my wedding! I would gladly go back!!

Tia was awesome! She was bubbly and professional. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable during the scan. The office is really nice. The process was quick and easy. I'm excited to receive my aligners. I recommend seeing Tia for your smile direct consultation!

My experience at Smile Direct Club was outstanding. My appointment was right on time. The staff was super friendly & professional. The scanning process was simple & stress free! Amber took time to really get to know me & answer all of my questions. I’m excited to start my journey to a better and brighter smile!
