I took a family member to this location. Tracey took great care of us. She answered all of our questions and made sure we knew what to expect at each stage of the process. Tracey represents her company very well and made me feel that we could expect that kind of service throughout the teeth straightening process.
I love Charmaine from smile direct club she made me feel comfortable and she’s so sweet . The starting process is super quick and very affordable i would definitely recommend to anyone
Amber B. is absolutely a breath of fresh air, and Brittany is fun and terrific! Everyone there are sweet and kind. They do such a great job of answering all of your questions and making sure that you have all of your questions answered where you understand everything and you know exactly what to expect. We really enjoyed our visit!
Tracey was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the product and answered my (many) questions clearly and patiently. She also did this while doing two people's jobs. This company needs to hire more staff! Tracey was having to answer the door, get clients signed in, answer client phone calls, all while meeting with me. She did it with no trouble at all, but it hardly seems fair!
The staff was incredible!! I had an emergency come up an hour before my appointment and I was able to call and reschedule in less than five minutes thanks to Tracey. When I got there it felt like I was seeing friends, everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Charmaine explained everything very well and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. She assured me that everything I wanted fixed would be possible and it would be done in time for my wedding! I would gladly go back!!
