I had a great experience with Daisy who was professional, and efficient and thoroughly explained all options and the process of both the scan and purchase options.
Friendly customer service, can be a bit much at times(especially when they all recite the same script). I was definitely baited in with a gift card I may or may not get. But over all a good experience 😀 Edit - I wish I never got the aligners. Teeth not the way I want them. And you can only get money back within 30 days, however it took more than six months to see a final product that I was not happy with.
I love Smile Direct my Complete experience has been perfection. Daisy took care of me and treated me like Family . I can’t wait to get my retainer and wear every night to keep my perfect smile guaranteed for life and they mean it I recommend you use this service you will be very happy specially, if you love to eat food.
Came to this location for a teeth scan, was very impressed by how friendly and detailed Jaye was! He helped me through the process start to finish and I didn’t want to leave because it was such a pleasure talking to him. Super friendly and fast service, highly recommend.
