I went by myself to the smile direct shop and had a really great experience! Special thanks to Lisset as who took care of me and my 3D imaging as well as the whole crew there! Really friendly and pleasant from beginning to end! The location was downtown, but they picked up the parking tab which is awesome! Also, just need to say, that they are totally not exaggerating about only taking 30 minutes for the whole appointment. The experience I had at Smile Direct today has left me with a great taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively! The whitening gel is minty! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They made sure to answer any questions and offered ways to save money in the future as well as other offerings. I felt informed and not like I was in a constant sales pitch. I had the pleasure of having Jack (they,them), from the downtown waterfront location, as my smile associate! They were very welcoming from the time I stepped foot through the door. They had a very positive, upbeat attitude. They made me feel comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I decided to wait until I received my aligners to write a review. So far all I can say I've had nothing but a great experience so far! Lokelani and I believe her name was Luci were super welcoming and friendly. The way they spoke to you made it feel like we've known each other for years! I was completely comfortable and it didn't even feel like a consultation! They even helped me sign up for a care credit card and was able to pay my aligners in full on spot!
