Jaime was just absolutely incredible. I think she is the nicest person I have ever met. My nerves were gone within seconds. She answered all my questions easily about the aligners and now I am so excited to start this journey. The process was so simple and also really interesting. The technology used is like nothing I have ever seen before. So cool! This world definitely needs more Jaime's in it haha!
Jaime was great! So helpful and took the time to explain and helped us! Here is the rundown- My 17 year old daughter completed her treatment a few months ago a great experience with the product her teeth looked gorgeous. BUT she threw away her aligners and we didn’t know what to do so we went to the location near our home in San Mateo. Nicole was very professional and was able to take my scans and explain to me the process as well as demonstrate how to use the different items included in the package. I was in and out within a reasonable time. I got my liners a few weeks ago but finally started them last week and so far it's been pretty okay. The first 2-3 days, your teeth may be sore. Tylenol works and drink plenty of water.
Scam. Wasted my time and drove across the bridge to San Mateo. Rude service and pushing through the payment process felt so uncomfortable. They are a small office under an open space . I should check the review before go. Don’t trust the ad there’re NO FREE 3D scan unless expecting pay out from pocket in full and the staffs rushed people out said she still have other appointments on the same time, how ridiculous…Didnt get the free 3d scan, the teeth whitening nor the giftcard offered unless pay the credit card out... Jaime was very Personable, Patient & thorough! She explained the procedure well and encouraged questions. It's alot of information to remember and She didn't mind answering questions She'd already covered. Jaime not only covered the process and answered questions but also took the time to get to know about Me. It felt as if I was talking to a Friend and not just Someone selling Me Their Product.
