Great experience on this location, from the text message you received with instructions on how to get to their office to wait time and fast service. I did not wait more than 5 minutes since I was greeted by Steven till Alec showed to do the scan. This team is very well trained and very knowledgeable of all related with the service they offer. Thanks Steven and Alec for the good service. I’ll definitely recommend this location for the 3D scan.
I had an appointment with Alec and she was great! She was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Super excited to start my smile direct journey thanks to her!
Went to the smile shop in Boca! Everything went well with Stephen and I am waiting for my aligners. Still very nervous but feeling positive. Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel like he was a salesman. I’ll update my review along the way. Waiting for my email from the company about the next step.
It was amazing! The staff was very nice and understanding! From the checking in (I forgot his name, but he is also in the Air Force, very friendly) to Alec explaining everything it was amazing! Alec was very knowledgeable, and meticulous ! I will definitely recommend this site to other people
