Great experience on this location, from the text message you received with instructions on how to get to their office to wait time and fast service. I did not wait more than 5 minutes since I was greeted by Steven till Alec showed to do the scan. This team is very well trained and very knowledgeable of all related with the service they offer. Thanks Steven and Alec for the good service. I’ll definitely recommend this location for the 3D scan.
I had an appointment with Alec and she was great! She was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Super excited to start my smile direct journey thanks to her!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Clean and efficient office. Monika and Alex could not have been nicer. The initial visit was straightforward and informative. The imaging was quick and painless and very interesting. I kept waiting for the hard sell and hidden costs and could find none (other than an additional $99 for a retainer at the end of the treatment).
