Professional and thorough
Dr. Ning was efficient in putting on the permanent crown and doing the prep for a second crown. She was cognizant of my need to breathe through my mouth. She gave me needed breaks every time I needed it. This decrease any anxiety I had . I appreciated her professionalism working hand in hand with her assistant . Dr Ning, She was very accommodating to my need to breathe through my mouth. She changed the apparatus so that I could breathe better. I really appreciated her skillful manner in cleaning the tooth and letting me have breaks. From a child I have had dental anxiety, and I am glad that I no longer. I wholeheartedly recommend this office and their staff was a number one.The assistant was also great because of the modification more hands on was necessary. Check in was friendly and efficient. The Dental hygienist was gentle and answered all my questions. The Dentist was also gentle and reviewed my case. A follow up appt for my 6 month check up scheduled. We all made friendly conversation. It was a totally enjoyable experience.
