I appreciated my dental cleaning hygienist, Norma. She was efficient and gave me numbing gel! It helped to give me peace. She discovered a filing or two . I am thankful. Dr. Chang concerned for my care also..
The staff are very helpful and friendly. My technician was very professional and when I told her that I had a bit of a phobia for dentists’ offices, she zeroed in on that and explained everything that was going to happen and in what order. She was very reassuring and took great care to make sure that I was okay and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpful in setting up my follow up appointment. I highly recommend The SmileShop.
