I recently took my kids to Smileville Family Dental for a routine cleaning. The pediatric dentist recommended fillings, and I specifically asked for a cost breakdown—how much insurance would cover and what I would need to pay. They assured me they would email the details, along with the X-ray images I requested. After waiting for several days with no response, I called the office. I really like the office and the dentist; they are all very nice and polite. However, there is the only dentist in the office and has 5-6 patients at the same time. Because of this, she didn’t have enough time to spend with the kids. She was jumping from room to room, trying to help everyone, and spent less than five minutes with both of my kids.
Being the daughter and sister of dentists, I can assure you Dr. Sharafi and Dr. Mina will never disappoint you, they represent the most knowledgeable and kindest choice for your dental needs. I often hear people say they hate visiting the dentist, but I can assure you it’s different here. Their staff is so sweet! Top level pediatric dental care in DMW. Professional, extremely caring, patient and on time doctors and staff! We absolutely love Dr. Dadkhah and all her assistants.
Everyone one in the Smileville team is fantastic, friendly and makes the experience comfortable and they put us all at ease. They're wonderful with the little kids, and do an awesome job on all our teeth, from cleaning to procedures. We are happy to drive an hour for our visit because I wasn't going to say good bye to Smileville once we left the area.
