So easy and fast we loved working with Smith Douglas
Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the people we interacted with. They were always professional, supportive and extremely responsive theough the building process. Where I think S & D fell short were in areas such as fencing and unreasonable restrictions that were passed on to the HOA. Had we known the full range of restrictions, we might have reconsidered but we were not given the full set of HOA requirements until our contract was completed.
The process was smooth and they kept communication open with me after I closed when issues came up. They aim to please.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a home that doesn't share walls. The entire staff that I have worked with definitely exceeded expectations I lived in my previous home 40 years and this was all very new to me. Breanne and Joe were awesome.
