I love the floor plans of smith douglas homes and the higher than average ceilings. the master bedrooms are a bit over large and closets, other than master are smaller than average.

From the quality, to the aesthetic to the in office and on site team, Smith Douglas met every mark. I highly recommend them as a builder and others who I mentioned them to spoke highly of them as well
Overall Smith Douglas was fine to work with. Our agent Richard was great; he communicated every step of the process and was there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our finish date was delayed, which we had expected. The only issue we had was during closing. It was clear that they were trying to meet some sort of quota by the end of the month and really rushed us through the blue tape walk through and inspection process and said they would start charging us every day we delayed the closing, even though not everythin... read more
This is rental property in Sanford. We haven't found any good tenant to rent yet. It is too early to tell if I want to recommend the builder to my friends.
The home was well built. But just stay on top of the agent that is assisting you. Make sure to have your own agent to fight for you.
Our sales rep, Courtney, was fantastic. She was very professional and friendly and was able to get answers to our questions in a timely manner.
From our first model home tour all the way until our move-in day, everyone was so kind and professional. We had warm fuzzy vibes with the whole Smith Douglas team and would definitely recommend them to anyone we know!
The ease of the transaction and the various models available at marketable price points were good.
