Very nice
I liked my salesperson. She was amazing! I liked working with her and the process went smoothly. During the inspection, the construction manager was great. There are a few things they could do a better job with. It is nothing related with the treatment they gave to me, more the house itself.
I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes to a friend and I actually already have.
It was one of the best experiences that I've had in my life. Everything was transparent and smooth sailing. Ultimately, it was a great experience.

Fair value and quality at a great price
We can’t recommend Smith Douglas Homes enough. Not only was everything done beautifully, but for the spaces where we found the slightest discrepancies during the normal final walkthrough, our points of contact, namely Mike and Patrick, made sure all of the items were addressed before we moved in. And added to all that, for personal reasons we had a real tight window for moving in-as in, three days after our projected closing date.
