I already recommendd three of my friends and I am also partaking in a second home in April by Smith Douglas.
Our experience has been interesting with the revolving door of sales agents. I think our house is the most expensive one in the subdivision.
From the agent Reyna to the project manager Chad everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions or concerns

The builders for SDH at Garrett Preserve went above and beyond for me. They made themselves available throughout the home building process and have still answered questions and provided support after close. The sales agent was great during pre-sales and during the build. I have had nothing but a great experience
Amber and her team guided me during the whole process with professionalism and great communication. Dave and his team addressed all the doubts related to the construction very quick and with a great attitude!
