Exceptional meal, very professional and knowledgeable staff. What an amazing experience.
We had a wonderful evening. The service and food was exceptional. Everything was perfect, our waiter was friendly and so efficient. Will definitely return and recommend dining at this superb restaurant.
Lovely meal, as always! Would love it if the jacket potato side made an appearance back on the menu.

Ottimi il servizio e la qualità della carne (anche se leggermente inferiore al ristorante di Chicago appartenente alla medesima catena). Dati i prezzi di Londra, l'offerta (per due persone) di bistecca Tomahawk 1Kg 2 contorni e bottiglia di vino per due a 99 sterline (cui aggiungere 12,50% di servizio) è veramente conveniente!
Fantastic steaks, great service and attentive waiters. They explained the difference between the different steaks and advised on our choices. Only negative was the air conditioning made it very chilly - take a sweater!
This was such a lovely evening. Wonderful food, extremely good service and a very warming atmosphere. This place is great for any occasion.
The offer of steak,unlimited fries and a glass of wine is really great value. The food was good although I have had better steak before, but for the price it was good. The decor and ambience of the restaurant is really nice, it's a good balance between feeling upmarket but with a relaxed vibe. Staff were attentive and knowledgable. Free bread aswell.
Great food yet again! The creamed spinach is amazing and the £19.50 deal is brilliant. The steak rivals anywhere and at that price you can't beat it. Staff all lovely unlike some places in London when you're there using an offer. One of our party was running late but they offered to delay things by an hour with no issues. Great place.
