Sunday brunch with my daughters, really enjoyed the experience, spacious seating arrangements, exceptional service, great food. They also took my opentable cheque, which other opentable restaurants refused. What more can one ask from a restaurant? Make children get off their phones and talk to their dad?
Best steak in london. No competion- hawksmoor Goodman's etc dont come close.
It's a very good meat restaurant... with tablecloths and American beef
If you like to have some exceptional piece of meat, this is the place for you. Ambiance is very typical of an American steakhouse, a bit outdated but cosy. Wines are very good as well Service is very good. You have some professional people there that know their job. Some of the younger staff is a bit less pro. but everyone is nice and attentive. Prices are high (especially the wines) , which avoids them to have a 5 star value for money overall a very good address I would recommend with no doubt

Nice setting, great for business meetings as quiet. Went for a group breakfast (12 people), portions were generous and staff were tentative.
We had a great pre theatre meal here. A warm welcome was given when we arrived and all the staff who waited on us were smiling, friendly, knowledgeable about the food on offer and professional. The food was delicious! My husband ordered steak and it was cooked to perfection. I had herb crusted cod which also beautifully cooked. The vegetables were firm, cooked through, fresh and full of flavour. The New York cheesecake was authentic, quite rare in my experience outside of the USA. Varied wine list. Highly recommended.
I wanted a good quality meal. My sister was visiting and we had eaten elsewhere for lunch and had a very disappointing experience, so we decided to go somewhere nice for dinner to make up for this and a friend recommended Smith and Wollensky. Even entering the establishment we became aware that we had done very well with this recommendation. Service was exceptional right from the offset, and the specials sounded amazing, but we'd already seen the menu and been seduced by the Chateaubriand, so we had Tuna Ceviche and Sirloin ... read more
Our waiter Richard was outstanding. Really pleasant and attentive.
