Beautiful space, staff fantastic, small niggles. Every carrpaccio I've ever had, hasa good handful of rocket, here there were perhaps 5 single leaves? The pudding to share, s'more for 2 to 4 people had barely any accompaniments! Two teeny skewer with a strawberry each. Would it break the bank to have 4 skewers? Eg 4 strawberry and extra crackers? Aside from that the food was exceptionally tasty and staff made it feel special. I would add some slightly louder music and probably rat pack, Frank sinatra style.

Another stunning steak - tried the Irish fillet and Cornish sirloin and they were every bit as good as the Kansas steaks ! Cooked to perfection and the truffle mac and cheese was the best I’ve had !

Wonderful meal with excellent service… we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waiter was so personable and made the experience even better. It is expensive but for special occasions I’d thoroughly recommend it!

Please put a net on the lemon for the garlic and chili prawns so that seeds do not go into the pot. Loved the onion rings! Food was exceptional!

I had often thought about a net over the lemons, but I always struggled to justify the waste it creates. We have other methods of preventing pips, so I apologise if this was not the case. Great service from the moment you arrive from reception and cloakroom through to the waiters. Food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who make it clear they have a duty to make sure you enjoy your visit. Went late Saturday afternoon, and was pretty quiet too start with but soon started to fill up and most tables were taken by 7pm. Not cheap but good value for the quality of the experience and would definitely book again
