Lovely evening. Good atmosphere Fairly expensive and steak though good wasn’t amazing. (Not as good as a high end steak house in New York for example) I would happily eat here again. But equally I’m not counting the days until I do.
Fantastic steak, lovely wine selection but a little pricey (but not to put us off returning). Kids meal at £12.50 is great value though
Thank you for the complimentary dessert for my boyfriend’s birthday. The best steak we’ve tasted.
The restaurant was lovely with a great ambience. We ordered the set menus with the Cornish sirloin and the steaks were not great considering it was a steak restaurant. We had invited family as a treat and it was embarrassing. I have eaten better steaks at a basic restaurant. Not worth the knee we paid sadly
The food was reliably good. The restaurant was noisy. The service was pleasantly attentive. We had a good time but it is expensive for what it is
Was the best meal as always and service always outstanding
From start to finish the experience was great. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was great. The variety of steaks available was wonderful. The wine choices were very good. The decor was beautiful. Overall a great time.
This was our first time and I cannot fault it in any way. We will definitely be returning.
Irish fillet was very good, so was Cornish sirloin. Half lobster was a bit underwhelming and garlic butter swamped it a bit - not as delicate as hoped. There are many other restaurants that do food to this standard for less money but part of the experience is the venue. It was a little quiet at lunchtime on 23rd December and slightly lacking ‘energy’ but can imagine when it’s in full swing it would be great.
