A relaxed informal dining experience that is / was enhanced by excellent customer service
Love everything about this restaurant. The moment you walk in, you feel relaxed, the staff from top to bottom are all amazing and the food and wine is spot on. Yes we had a problem (wrong steak and wrong drink to what had been ordered) but there was no fuss, no blame, just staff accepting responsibility and fixing it, and then they “corrected” the bill, without being asked to make sure we knew they had gone above and beyond. Lucas was great and made us feel at home. The food was excellent. Overall wonderful experience.
Great venue near the theatres. Relaxed, friendly, great food and great service. Was recommended to us and would definitely recommend to others. A little expensive but it’s London for you. Will be coming back on next theatre trip.

S&W was a great dining experience the cocktails were well balanced and delicious. We had the Mai Tai, Vanilla Passion and Lychee 76 ( I believe). Starters were the beef carpaccio (very good) the scallops were good (but could have been better) but the tuna tartare was everything balance of flavours, quality and presentation . 9/10 We had the tomahawk (9.5/10) and it was worth it with the truffle Mac n cheese and heritage potatoes divine.
