Extremely friendly staff and welcoming environment. Was dining alone and the staff were very attentive and the food was great. Cocktails were very good too. Would return.
Smith and Wollensky is a favourite of ours when we visit London. Good mix of US and Irish style steaks, cooked well with really friendly and attentive wait staff.
First time here and loved it. My husband had a cocktail and the barman came over to ask how it was and took the time to explain the different ingredients.
Excellent food, meat well cooked and a perfect service from the team. We spent a really nice moment here.

Pleasant dining experience but most importantly, the service from our waitress Pale was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and polite. This made our night and we will leave a very positive review on Tripadvisor. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious steaks.
Good varied menu with very good choice of steaks, we both went for the Irish cuts of ribeye and fillet. All sides are separate and are on the expensive side, fried being £6 a portion! Service was initially slow and we felt rushed as we had to order drinks and food at the same time, which isn't common, but there seemed a lack of servers so i think our server was trying to avoid any unnecessary delays. the food was cooked perfectly, with good portion sizes and service was good after an initial delay.
