Excellent service The guys did a great job moving our stuff from a third story apartment to the moving truck. When I sent an email about being charged for half an hour when our time went over by two minutes, the company refunded me for that charge. Terrific experience.
Very strong guys, very accommodating but need to take greater care when moving furniture into the house. Simple Movers was used on a very hot day in Columbus, Ohio. I felt the 3 guys we used were very polite, strong and accommodating. They could have used better skills at packing the truck and moving some of the larger items through the front door of the house.
Broken table On delivery one of the guys moved the truck forward without securing the load or having his partner in the truck. My nightstand fell down onto my dresser and broke the top of the nightstand. It was careless of them. They didn’t have the experience of doing this work. Otherwise the experience was a good one. They were prompt and called yo keep me posted on their arrival time. Both were clean cut and respectful, good manners.

They really went above and beyond my expectations! I am a military man and tried using SML - Simple Moving Labor. Since I am in the Service I have to make a lot of moves and this one wound up the best I have ever experienced. I was moving from Florida and going a long distance to Washington state.
