Good Communication, Great Workers Despite initial issues getting the estimates emailed to me (they were supposedly sent early on but I did not receive them until much later), I had a great experience working with the people both on the phone and the men who loaded/unloaded on my moving days. The automated phone check-ins a couple days before and on moving day helped ease my mind that everything was scheduled well. Thank you for all your help!

The gentlemen that assisted us were very professional, pleasant and helpful. I would totally use SML again, we were very sad that SML was not available to assist with the unload in Greensboro NC.
Highly recommend!!! Was able to book at the last minute when my other help fell through. These guys were professional, fast, kind, careful, and overall made a very stressful situation much less so.
