Excellent in communication, efficiency, and overall experience Unloader called to confirm and let me know when he’d arrive. Arrived on time and went right to work. Very fast, efficient, and careful with my furniture. Set up the bed and overall very accommodating. Took all the stress out of the move. Highly recommended. Definitely would use again
Stress Free Move!! Thank you. SML took the stress out of a long distance move. By coordinating movers in two seperste locations for us , we were able to focus on other things. Their communication and follow up was much appreciated. Highly recommend!
Overall a great experience and reasonable service. The load went well, I was a little concerned at first when after 2 hours the lead mover asked for a 10 minute break for a cigarette. Seems like that carried over to an extra hour at the end. Took over 5 hours to load which was tough with elevators. The unload took 2 hours, but kept them and extra hour actually 27 minutes to help with placement of boxes into our basement. Fast continuous work flow through entire unload.
