Unsatisfactory In Texas, the men loading the trailer were loading heavy items on top of boxes clearly marked and pointed out as. Being fragile. They also did not pad and shrink wrap the furniture properly, They obviously were not well trained to load for a long distance move. I had to dismiss them after a couple of hours work, hire another crew, and completely unpack the trailer and reload it again. Great Experience. The guys showed up on time and did a good job with loading and unloading the truck. They were courteous and efficient. This was my second time using SML movers in the last 5 years and I was very satisfied with the service both times.

Great job and well experienced Movers were prompt and hard working experienced guys. We had all furniture wrapped and everything boxed. They helped do the labor of loading and unloading the 26 foot truck. It was a job well done. Not one item shifted in a 22 hour ride across the country.
