Great Teamwork The team with SML - Simple Moving Labor were on time, worked hard for me, and they worked very well as a team. I have used this company two times and both times the results have been very good. Based on my experiences, I would use them again and recommend them.
Five-Stars! SML - Simple Moving Labor got the job done quickly. They were on time, professional and great guys. We had a good conversation with great communication. I would use them again, and they are deserving of a five-star rating.
A decent service The guys who came to mover were very cooperative and friendly. The only thing I would have loved more is if they had packed my mattress with cling film rather than dragged it around. The mattress has dirt marks on it.
CA to ID, unload in meridian The moving guys were early. Very nice and professional. And fast.
Rescheduling support was amazing We had to reschedule our move from Cincinnati to Manhattan at the last minute (which was very stressful). I called the service/support line several times to discuss the matter and see what could be done. The staff was amazing - they were patient and kind and worked to find a new crew that met our revised timing and allowed us to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee. Your company is awesome!
Load was not the best, unload was awesome My first experience with your company did not go so well in North Carolina with the loading of my POD due to broken items and unprofessionalism, but I decided to give the company another chance. The unload of the POD in California was awesome! The team came, unloaded professionally and was done in an hour. SML does third party assignments for the jobs, but we as consumes just need to make sure we complain and give feedback so they can hire quality movers. I would recommend the Califo... read more
They were awesome! My experience using SML - Simple Moving Labor was great. No complaints. They did an awesome job. Five stars for SML - Simple Moving Labor. I recommend them.
Just glad that they got the job done! I hired SML - Simple Moving Labor to essentially unpack a truck. Unfortunately, some of the things they moved were damaged but they said they received the items in that condition. The packing and unpacking of the truck were less than desirable and not particularly efficient but they got the job done and that was the important part. I recommend SML - Simple Moving Labor.
Excellent in all aspects Loaders and unloaders on both ends were very professional, timely and thorough. I would use SML again.
