We were greeted at the door, but were not followed around the store. We were free to look and make our decision without being pestered. We will shop here again for future purchases.

Walked in to the store just too browse. I found great quality furniture at rock bottom prices. Found exactly what I was looking for. Really wasn’t gonna purchase today but at that price who can pass it up!! Not to mention customer service was spot on! Thanks Smokey Mountain!

I had an excellent experience shopping here today. The gentleman that waited on me & helped me make my purchase was very polite & helpful. He moved pieces of furniture around to get the items together that I was looking at so I could get the full effect as he called it. It helped me to make my choices because I could see how it would look together. I have made purchases here in the past & my experience today was just as wonderful as the last.
