I have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. The ladies at the front desk and doing the procedure are all very sweet and comforting for something that is awkward and uncomfortable.
They did everything exceptionally well. Scheduling, communication, front desk, cleanliness, professional, etc. Highly recommend
Receptionist was very soft spoken and clear with direction. Office is very organized and clean with amazing music. The whole experience was the best. I never felt uncomfortable or disrespected. All the women working are extremely polite with an great bedside manner. I can't believe there are any bad reviews about his place. I was acknowledged right away and process was quick and super easy. I'm 44 and was told needed to get a mammogram. This was my 1st one. Got there & the paperwork was very easy just 3 forms that were signatures only & the rest was on a tablet. As soon as that was done went to the back to change into a blue smock & then another waiting room in the back. Waited about 8 minutes then was called in. This location (different from my normal) was a good experience and consistent with the Solis standard I'm used to. Ashlee & April were very pleasant. The process was smooth and I was in and out with ease.
It was clean, safe and the staff was friendly and professional.even the little gown they give you is cute. They maintain social distancing within the building. They staff answered all my questions and I got my results emailed to me the very same day.
I was sent to solis Mammography for a suspicious mass on my right breast. Not only did they get me in on the same day but they treated me with the utmost respect, care, and consideration. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was amazing and very comforting. I would give this place 100 stars if I could.
absolutey over your wait times on the phone! Your system is broken! You need to fix your phone services. I think the doctor is fantastic but your system is broken! No patient should need doctors orders for a mamogram! I have a PPO and I am sick of the broken medical system! It is awful. I have sat on the phone for over an hour because your system is so broken!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Dr. sent referral 3 weeks in a row and each time Solis allege they didn't receive. Never a supervisor available. THANK GOD I NO LONGER HAVE A RAPID GROWING CANCER and had to rely on SOLICE for imaging.
