I am a Registered Nurse with 10 years of ICU experience, and I cannot emphasize this enough - DO NOT GET YOUR MAMMOGRAM HERE. Their billing practices are very confusing and seem deceptive, in my opinion. My initial mammogram was flagged as being abnormal. I went to the facility for a mammogram back in April. I am fully insured and received a bill. I tried unsuccessfully to contest the bill and was then sent to collections. Finally after three hours on the phone with several calls to the facility itself I did not receive any help. I was given a phone number for Rosa imaging. Previously I was only given the number for MCA billing. Nobody could help me in the meantime collection agent for calling me over and over.There is no way to get any help from Solis. Very unprofessional, was told they could not see me once I arrived for my appointment due to wrong request from my doctors office. They received my request over a week ago and nobody called me or the doctors office to ask about it knowingly what I needed done. Once I was there they also did not offer to call the doctors office to request an updated request so they can see me while I was already there. I will never use this company EVER!
