Loved that they expanded the building and mammograms are easier and less painful with the new curved plates! Thank you to Nikki who made my experience wonderful and answered all of my questions about the new plate. More nodes for the pic, less pain and no holding of the breath. Simple and easy for women! Glad that this change happened in my lifetime!

I had a mammogram done just before Christmas, the screening showed some concerns and I needed to have a sonogram done. Dr. Lee took her time with the sonogram and me to be absolutely sure if further steps needed to be taken. During the sonogram Dr. Lee explained each image and her concerns. The sonogram determined I needed to have a biopsy, which is performed by Dr. Lee at the center. This is an awesome company I cannot say enough good things and positive things about them they actually care about each and every patient that walks in the door as uncomfortable a mammogram is to get they make each experience individual and as comfortable as possible the reporting is almost instantaneous I honestly can't wait to go back next year

My first time for Mammogram and I couldnt have picked a better place to go. I set up appointment online and had confirmation within an hour for my appointment. Walked in door, filled out paperwork and was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse who did the exam was wonderful. Exam was easy and was not painful at all. I was done and out the door in 18 minutes. Had my results back within 24 hours. This place is wonderful!!!!
I would not go here. They misplaced my drivers license and insurance card for several minutes, the wait was over an hour, and, after ALL that, I was not able to get the mammogram done because I was never told they needed prior records. Surprised by the poor service - I'd think twice!
If I could give this a negative, I would. I had biopsy and had questions about the clip. The "stand in" radiologist did not even take the time to answer the questions. He got really defensive and kept saying over and over, faster and faster, he did things by the book and it was required and kept telling me why it was put in. None of that answered by questions. Beware!!!! They have incompetent people in these clinics who will take your insurance card, scan it in then have you email it. Then you get a letter a YEAR later saying you owe $723 bc they somehow billed the WRONG insurance. This happened to me. I proceeded to provide the same correct insurance twice...they sent me to COLLECTIONS!!! All bc of their mistake. I filed a complaint with insurance and medical boards in Texas. This is NOT acceptable. As a woman I have to get this yearly and my insurance covers 100%. This occ... read more
I hate to give a one star review but the person who does the check in, needs to check herself. She is extremely rude, and doesn't listen. I should of know this was the case when they have a sign behind their reception desk that states that if you (the customer) is rude or disrespectful to any team member, it will not be tolerated. However it doesn't say anything about them being rude and disrespectful. My daughter was already worried about her health and had to have an ultrasound here. One of the associates here tried to force my daughter into having a mammogram that was NOT ordered by her doctor. This person even went around my daughter and called the doctors office to get the order changed into what she had said was their policy. Apparently it is their policy to stress out patients and require them to defend why they aren't doing other tests NOT order by THEIR PHYSICIAN!
