Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment in advance here. My appointment was scheduled A YEAR AGO, only to be notified 1 business day before my appointment that it needs to be rescheduled due to staffing issues. Ridiculous & sad really.

Office experience is awful. Questioning me in front of everybody like I was saying something wrong. I don't appreciate the questioning. That's why the tablet is for. I do been coming to this business for years and years and she was so rude in front of everybody that was waiting there. No profesional at all. I couldn't see the doctor just for all the way of insulting me with all those questions and no accepting my info I have for years. What is different nothing of my info is different. Horrible management and customer service. They don't answer the phones, don't return calls and even ignore messages from their main 800#. I'll never return to this location again.

Phone hold times are the worst I've ever experienced. Let's you know right away you're not important and hence a loss of confidence. I had a bad MRI so I had no choice but to hold. And while on hold I DO NOT need to hear appts can be scheduled online every 30 secs. Which according to your website is not applicable to me. As I waited I began to think it was purposely done to discourage appts. Awful experience.

I can't say enough about how they don't care at all! When I made my appt for a diagnostic because they saw something in my mammogram at touchstone I called Solis for an appt. I asked her if she could get me in sooner. She said 30 days was the earliest appt. I took that day off from work and got there at 7:20am. I was told they needed the CD image from Toughstone. I told her she had 30 days to call and tell me that. When I made the appt she said the written report from Stonebridge would be enough. She was not going t... read more

Horrible Facility!!!! After the procedure was complete the Tech Sam (white female) asked if I needed anything else. I requested to speak with the doctor because of pain caused by my breast size, and she responded saying "the doctor can't prescribe you pain medicine." I looked at her with disbelief that she would insult me like that by automatically assuming that's the only reason I want to speak with the doctor. My appointment was at 11:15 and at 12:15 I'm still in the waiting room with 3 others...2 people who arrived after me have been called in ahead of me. Hmmm... Response from Receptionist...my file was misplaced and will be handled by the person coming back from lunch. I guess they don't have to have good customer service at this place.

Why would you schedule someone for an appointment at 2:45 and then when I am called back I have 4 people ahead of me and she claims it will only be about 20 to 25 mins. First off we are in COVID and on top I don't like to sit around in a room full of other women waiting on my exam which again was scheduled at 2:45 and on top of that remind people of wearing mask correctly.

I asked for a quote For cash price on the phone .. she told me what it was.. then asked for insurance quote said she couldn't tell me over the phone that she would need to take the information. I said then take down my information and I would make an appointment- she hung up on me - so rude! I didn't call back because this is not how you treat a potential new customer ...
