They have solid activities for the residents - they could improve on the quality of the food. We would absolutely recommend the community to other families - it's head and shoulders above other assisted living facilities in the Vero Beach area

[name removed] was on a Level 1 plan and they were supposed to watch her take meds. Several times I found meds in her room. Additionally, [name removed] had chronic UTIs but I was always the one to tell them that she was off. I think they are having some staffing issues. I will give high praise to [name removed] the day nurse and [names removed] at the front desk. They are all wonderful!!! They went above and beyond several times to help [name removed]l and we grew to love them.

The director of serenades memory care at Sonata is amazing. You can see that she has a love for the elderly, and it shows in all the hard work she puts into decorating for different events and holidays, scheduling activities, and foremost in her interaction with the Residents. The facility is bright and cared for. Staff greet with a smile from the door throughout the building also asking if they can be helpful in any way.

I’m very happy with the living arrangements and was able to fit a good amount of my furniture and personal items into the apartment. The dining and living rooms are lovely as are the hallways leading to the rooms. The grounds with the pool and pond are enjoyable for sitting and strolling. The 3 meals a day are filling and good. I have been here 3 weeks and feel I made the right decision.

The facility is easy to find, has a pleasing outward appearance. The lobby is bright with homey decor. The staff are friendly and helpful, showing a heart for the elderly. They are able to accommodate independent living to assisted living through memory care if needed.

It's been an excellent experience. We picked this community, because it's in our home town. I would recommend to others.
They are always welcoming and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The facilities are nice, modern and well cared for. It pays to stay in touch with the staff and let them know you are holding them accountable.
Other than being a little pricey, all is great. Everyone is very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Sonata Vero Beach to others looking.
This was a good community, but we didn't have any family close by for our loved one.
