Unfortunately our experience there was not a great one. We were paying for the highest level of care and dad still had to wait an unacceptable amount of time when he buzzed for help. One person blamed it on the next person and we were never able to get it resolved. He finally fell and broke a hip because he couldn't wait any longer for bathroom help and he passed shortly after that. He was left alone in his room many times when i specifically told the staff to bring him to the events and get him out of his room. The food was... read more

They should have never taken him in, he fell 4 times while he was here for 11 days. He was in the hospital 3 different times. They were not able to handle him at all and it was a horrible experience. It is a wonderful facility only if your loved one is not a fall risk. They care more about the money than the resident.

Director of Sales and marketing, needs to be more familiar with her job and facility. The initial process of arranging for my Father to be admitted, was not clear and had various problems. She was off property when I needed her direction and advice the most, and would not return an important call till after she was back, 3 days. Promised mobile pendant communication, in house, but found out later it was not available. Fair to poor follow-up in the new resident process, after deposit and rent was paid. They have got some new staffing there. There are a lot of changes. I just felt that they should have had a checklist of everything they should have asked my father to get things started within the first week or two. I feel like my Dad fell between the cracks because they did not do his laundry and the doctor did not come to see him for awhile. There should be a better way to make sure my Dad's needs were met. The food is somewhat bland. We realize they are trying to cater to a large group with varying diets and they do provide spice alternatives but wish there were some items with some flavor. Other than that everyone is nice, attentive and always supportive without being pushy or aggressive.
