Everything is going very well. They were very helpful with the move from out-of-state and all the logistical things that came along with that. Their representative even met us there on a Sunday morning to help. My mom's room was all ready for her and was clean and nice. Any items I asked them to attend to they did. Cleanliness is good overall. Sometimes the garbage rooms on each floor smell a little, which is understandable. The rest of the place is immaculate. Everybody there is very nice. Beautiful assisted living community. Very clean and my father loved the food.
This tour was well done at this community. The only things is that we did not feel it was a good fit for our loved one. Also at the time they did not have a room avail only a double room avail. I did not feel like it was locked down enough for memory patients also.

We have had a great experience with Sonata Vero Beach so far. We chose this facility because of the convenient location to family as well as the facility itself was nicer than the others we looked into. All of the services provided medical wise were also better. They have doctors, pediatrist, etc that come in and he does not have to leave. He also wanted a place with a pool so this fit the bill. I'm very happy that my loved one is here. I highly recommend this community for your loved one. The staff is very caring and kind to the residents. They have been able to keep the residents safe during the pandemic. They've had very few cases. The staff has kept the families updated weekly with the cases of COVID in the community. The communication of the community is phenomenal.
Nice building. Has unsupervised Swimming pool, which could be a nice benefit. Rooms clean and staff is very nice.

My dad is thriving here and getting the support he needed.
My father has settled into this community very well, and I'am comfortable with his move here. Everybody has been very kind, and friendly. The staff is helpful when needed, and I know he is in good hands. When I go to visit the community, and his room are well maintained. They provide good meals, and have activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. Everything has worked out well for us in this community, and I would definitely recommend it to my family, and friends.
