I recently visited the Sono Bello Charlotte location for a consultation, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, asked to complete the necessary paperwork, and barely had time to finish before I was called back—there was practically no wait at all. I had my Free Consultation Appointment on 11/28/25. The environment/staff was warm and welcoming. Savanna was my P.C Consultant and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am scheduled for my Pre-on early next week and will have my procedure done on December 5th. I am so excited and ready! Visiting Sonobello was the best decision ever!
Savanah was super amazing. The process was smooth.
