Today I went in for my pre-op and meet with the doctor for the first time. The appointment started out horrible. It was not the doctor or nursing staff fault. I was told the incorrect information at my first appointment to the point now I would have to spend MORE money on top of full balance I already paid to get the SAME results I was already promised. And on top of that some of my paperwork was missing that I already signed was missing. Everything seemed so unorganized. And to be honest I started having second thoughts about the entire thing. A nurse came in my pre-op room (I wish I could remember her name) and took the time to sit down and talk really talk to me. She was so understanding and caring. She listened to all my concerns and talked me through my options and gave me her thoughts. She really helped me. She walked around the entire office to get me the answers I needed to make my decision. She even stayed well after it was time for her to leave to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate her so much. And nurse Sherri Allen was a complete joy. She came in took my pictures and made me laugh and also talked me through everything and made sure I was taken care of. These two ladies made me feel so much better and like I really mattered not just like a number. I honestly can’t thank them enough. This office is so lucky to have these two.
