I couldn’t have had a better experience with the team at  Sono Bello. From making my consultation appt, to meeting with Patient Coodinator Savanna, to my Pre Op with Dr. Hill, each step has been an amazing and easy  journey. I was completly educated on the complete process and left feeling totally at ease and confident they had my best interests in mind. I recently visited the Sono Bello Charlotte location for a consultation, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, asked to complete the necessary paperwork, and barely had time to finish before I was called back—there was practically no wait at all. I had my Free Consultation Appointment on 11/28/25. The environment/staff was warm and welcoming. Savanna was my P.C Consultant and she was amazing.  She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am scheduled for my Pre-on early next week and will have my procedure done on December 5th. I am so excited and ready! Visiting Sonobello was the best decision ever!
