Penny is patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She gave me all the information I needed regarding the procedures I am interested in. In addition she gave me pricing for individual procedures and the pricing if I decided to have more than one procedure. I felt very comfortable talking with her and there was never a time I felt pressured on when I should have my procedure done. From my initial consultation, with Elizabeth, my preop appointment and liposuction procedure I had today, I am extremely satisfied. Dr. Alter made my procedure “as delightful” as possible. Dr. Alter is incredible. He explained in the language I could understand what he was going to do prior to my procedure, during and after. I highly recommend Dr. Alter. Hector, my nurse was fabulous. He answered my questions, attended to all my needs, and was assuring to my husband and me.
