Everyone is always so nice and friendly. All interactions with the staff are so pleasant. Nancy, made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the intake process. Dr Laughlin equipped me with the knowledge I needed about my upcoprocedure and walked me through all my concerns. Amazing facility and staff, highly recommend!

The customer service was great however they did not deliver on their main selling point, which was... if you are not happy with the results they would do a second round of Lipo. The only stipulation I was told, was that I could not gain weight. I went back and was told by the doctor that HE was happy with the results. I told him I wasn’t and wanted more fat removed from my stomach and was told no. I was deceived into signing the contract.
