This was my second consultation with Sono Bello. Just like you the first it was amazing. You can tell that everyone that works there, even from Kendra(the very lovely receptionist) loves what they do. Their main goal is to make you feel comfortable and heard. Elisabeth was so knowledgeable about the procedure and walked me through it step by step. I left with all my questions answered. I’m extremely excited to see the results!
I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE In Charlotte n.c.location ..I had a consultation appointment.. Elizabeth Yousef was my patient care consultant...She was sooo SWEET & VERY informative, VERY professional.. I will definitely considering my surgery with this company..
I had a wonderful experience. Kendra at the front desk was so nice and kept me updated on my wait time. Super friendly and very clean office. I had my consult with Elisabeth. She is the most caring person. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to see them succeed. I look forward to the next stages.
Professional, personable, courteous, and informative...From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Elisabeth was honest, open, and caring in her presentation and I’m excited to look into the various procedures.
