I had an amazing experience here! Amelia was absolutely fantastic — so down to earth, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable and reassured me that what I had going on with my body wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought, which honestly meant a lot to me. My consultation was great! Yvette was very personable and straightforward. There was no pressure and she was thorough with explanations. She was able to get me scheduled in for my procedures quickly and got the financial parts finished in no time. I go for my pre-op in 8 days and my procedures in 14 days. I've waited for more than 25 years to get this done. I can hardly wait!

Making my consultation appointment was a little intimidating for me because I’d never done anything like this before. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the young lady behind the desk. It's a 5 star staff. Everyone is courteous and attentive. All my questions were answered and my requests were handled on the spot. It's a good blend of business and customer care. The wait is never too long and the visits are quick but lasts as long as you have questions. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. The staff seems to really know their job and shows empathy and concern. I'm glad that I chose this Columbia office.
