Wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend the Westerville location. Dr. Rak was encouraging, kind, matter of fact and fun. His expertise made me confident in trusting him to do the procedure. From walking in and being welcomed by Stephanie and Angela, to the care and thoughtfulness of nurses Ashley and Tera, it was an A+++ experience. I was nervous and scared and they all relaxed me and gave me confidence. Thank you to everyone involved!

Pleasant and professional staff and facility. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness. All my concerns and hesitation about the process were left at the front door. Each person played an important role in my journey. I cannot say enough about the compassionate care I received ( even while addressing some of my concerns.) I’m more than happy with my results. I have more confidence about who I am and I have my Sono Bello Columbus family to thank for that!

Everyone in the office in Westerville is so nice and helpful. Dr.Femovic was professional and even responded to a concern text message over the weekend. The nurses I have worked with before surgery, Connie, Kelly, and Ashley were fantastic! Maggie has been my post op nurse and she’s been great at giving me guidance and addressing any questions or concerns.
