Great customer service
I had my consultation with Jamie Byron, and she was great! Very informative, and friendly, and knowledgeable about what treatment would be best for me. I would definitely recommend her for the consultation.

This journey was one that I had debated for so long. After reading review upon review, good, bad and horrifying; I finally decided to go with my gut and try Sono Bello. The Columbus location was perfect from scheduling appointments, to calling to make sure you are doing well after the procedure. The front desk staff were very kind, and Ashley my RN was knowledgeable and respectful! Wouldn’t change a thing.

From the very beginning of my journey with Sonobello I've felt very comfortable throughout the entire process not only because they have awesome surgeons but because they have Amazing nurses! One in particular is Ms. Ashley! She is PHENOMENAL!!!!! She has always gone above and beyond and I am forever grateful for you and all you've done for me!
I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello in Westerville. My results are exactly what I was looking for. The whole team is wonderful and always courteous and compassionate. From first call to my procedure was about 3 weeks. The office and clinic was super comfortable. I highly recommend Sono Bello!

Had first consult with Jamie yesterday and she was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Unfortunately a small hernia from an old laparoscopic surgery prevents me to proceed until I get it corrected. , She gave prices and showed me what they would do and how they would do it. However when I mentioned the small hernia, she said they are unable to do anything abdominal until it is corrected, because if the cannula would nick the hernia.... it would be bad. Had initial consultation with Jamie today. She was great, very knowledgeable, kind and worked really hard to get me scheduled ASAP and my financing figured out. Appreciated her help very much. She even was able to put me on a waitlist to bump up my procedure if there were any cancellations and Called me before I even got home from appointment to see if I wanted a cancellation spot that just popped up for next week!! Looking forward to procedure and results!

The staff is super friendly, very patient in answering my questions and very informative.
I had my free consultation with Jamie a week ago, it went amazing. Jamie is very informative, answers all your questions. I was having trouble with the finance portion and she was helping me get through with a co-signer than I no longer was able to hear from her. I’ve contacted the office and they told me she’d get back with me but still hasn’t yet. Other than that, everything and everyone was great.
