I felt well taken care of and my immediate needs met. Dr. Femovich made me feel at ease and validated my long term thoughts and goals. I knew I was in good hands and that I will be estatic with my results.
The staff and nurses were wonderful. They we kind and attentive. The doctor was very nice as well when I met him during the pre-op appointment.
I had an amazing initial consultation with Jaime last month. When I first heard Sono bello is doing free consultation I go ahead and schedule it, no hesitation.Meet Jaime that day and I have a list of questions because I am eager to do it.She is knowledgeable , answered all my questions that I need to know and what I need to get done. Based on my initial visit and pre-op appointment, I've had a great experience at SonoBello!! From walking into the very clean, organized office. Everything, except the loud music was great. (This is a personal opinion so I wouldn't deduct a star for this reason alone. I think that the music is to make you feel young and drown out the conversations at the front desk.) I love this place! Jamie was so knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what was being charged and why. I have went to several places and have left feeling like that is an hour of my life I will never get back knowing I wasnt going to return.
