Both my husband and I met Jamie for our consultation this morning, and she did a thorough job of explaining the process and answering our questions. Based on my initial visit and pre-op appointment, I've had a great experience at SonoBello!! From walking into the very clean, organized office. Everything, except the loud music was great. (This is a personal opinion so I wouldn't deduct a star for this reason alone. I think that the music is to make you feel young and drown out the conversations at the front desk.)
