I’m here to leave a review based on a consultation appointment I had with Sono Bello in Dayton. With full transparency, I’ve decided that I’m going for the full surgery process with another provider- but wanted to share the positive experience I had in the consultation with Mary (MJ). Mary was patient and listened to why I came in. I immediately felt at ease. She is friendly, approachable, and professional. More importantly, she is knowledgeable and is excellent at communicating her knowledge. But Mary's super power is her flexibility. I made changes to what I wanted done, and she made it happen quickly without any drama or judgement. What little interactions I had with Audrey were professional and kind. They both were part of why I chose Sono Bello.

1st a very warm welcoming from the time I walked in the door to the front desk. And I must say Mary is a “Sonobello Superstar” she made me feel comfortable & excited about this upcoming change in my life. My experience was great with Audrey & the young lady at the front desk. Audrey and Mary are the best. They alleviate all your fears when you walk in the door. They make you feel as if your family and they are with you every step of your journey. I don’t regret my decision choosing Sono Bello in the least.
