Mary was patient and listened to why I came in. I immediately felt at ease. She is friendly, approachable, and professional. More importantly, she is knowledgeable and is excellent at communicating her knowledge. But Mary's super power is her flexibility. I made changes to what I wanted done, and she made it happen quickly without any drama or judgement. What little interactions I had with Audrey were professional and kind. They both were part of why I chose Sono Bello.
