Everyone at Sono Bello has been awesome from my very first consultation appointment to today, my 6 month post-op appointment !! This experience has been life changing and has exceeded all of my expectations !!
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable. Very efficient, interested in my needs, and almost as excited as I was about my transformation. I didn't feel like sale, I felt like big exciting team project, and I know how I feel about a brand new project at work, it's something to see through and be proud of at the end, and that's. That's how this feels, I can't explain how that is a good thing, but I think it's grand!!!
The staff (Mary and Audrey) are very patient and helpful. They took extra time to fully explain the services offered and answer every question I had the day of my appointment and even afterwards. They are very knowledgeable of every aspect of the process!

My experience with Sono Bello was amazing from the time I stepped in for my free, no-pressure consult, to the time I stepped out of my procedure. My consult was amazing with the check-in and consult process extremely smooth and the staff there so kind, honest with me of what I could expect results-wise, and leaving the decision up to me without any sort of pressure or pushing me toward a decision.
