The surgery was a little bit painful but that was to be expected because I was not put to sleep. I'm still in recovery second week so I'm still waiting for results to appear. All the staff was very kind and helpful and attentive I have no complaints. I have and will mention it to other people and make recommendations. Kenny at reception was very helpful and answered all my questions actually everybody in the whole place that I had contact with was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Where do I begin! To be healthy & comfortable in my own skin is empowering! Simply put, we owe it to ourselves to be happy at every stage of our journey. Excellent customer relationship with the staff & my surgeon. I was advised on what was involved with the procedure & both my surgeon and clinical staff made sure I understood. Any questions I had prior to my procedure, we’re answered promptly & clearly. After my procedure both my surgeon & RN called me directly to check in on me within a day or two. At my one week follow up, my RN gave me clear instructions on what is expected in my post care. I’ve had a great experience so far.

Everyone in the office were very friendly and professional. Dr. Egu did my procedure. I’m very happy with my results, my pain was very minimal. Britany was my nurse the day of my procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I have had Veronica as my nurse on follow up visits, she has made sure I have anything I need for recovery, and made sure I had her information so I could contact her with any questions. I would highly recommend Sono Bello Houston.

The morning of my procedure I was a bit nervous but the staff really made me relax so much until I was actually laughing. I had called the day before procedure and had what I call silly questions but they did not see them as silly and they answered each of my concerns. Shyesha was wonderful as she kept checking on me before the procedure started.
