Dr. Madjidi and Marcela were so wonderful. Patient, professional, and knowledgeable as well. Russia was an amazing consultant and the front desk staff (Kenny and Jocelynne) was prompt, organized, and very personable. Truly made my experience great! They call, send texts, and are very available for whatever questions you have! Nurse Veronica was amazing as well!! She advised me on some tips for post op healing and it’s been working out wonderful for me! Entire team gets a 10/10 from me! Highly recommend!!
I was nervous about my procedure. The staff at Sono Bello made the whole experience comfortable and reduced my anxiety. Dr. Stapenhorst, my nurses and registered nurse Veronica, were all very warm and friendly and answered all my questions. I am thrilled with what results I have seen so far and look forward to the next few months of recovery and seeing my final results.
I highly recommend Sono Bello-Houston! From the front desk, to consultation, assistance, nurse and Dr. Ayim all staff are 100% kind and helpful. I’m 7days out from my procedure doing light cleaning around the house, drove to my appointment and walking outdoors for exercise. The plus side of going to Sono Bello, not stuck in bed for recovery.
From the initial consultation to today, my overall experience has been great! The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The consultant Majek was very informative, Dr Egu was amazing in explaining everything upfront. I really appreciated this. Jis caring and follow up made me feel comfortable with my care.Nurse Veronica is amazing, patient and helpful.The other nurses were also good.Jakia thank you also. Everyone was very nice and kind.
The staff was great but the results were terrible. I spent a lot of money for nothing but a big, ugly scar. I’m 8 months out now so plenty of time for results to show. It was truly a waste of money. I was specific about what I wanted to achieve during my surgical consultation and they wait until my 6 month post op to tell me they couldn’t achieve what I wanted with lipo. No offer of refund. Never saw the surgeon again after the procedure. Do yourself a favor and consult with a surgeon that is not tied to one type of procedu... read more
