I was running late for my one month post op appointment and the staff despite me being late took the time to see me. I did not feel rushed, the nurse took the time to look over my incision, make suggestions and explained next steps to me. She asked me if I had any questions not once, but several times. She was knowledgeable about my health history and that made me feel very confident! Walked me out making sure my next appointment was scheduled. Very great experience from the initial consultation with Majik 😍, and the front desk staff always very helpful, to the procedure with Dr. Ayim, and then the follow up visit for Venus treatment with Jakia and the nursing staff all very friendly and professional.
