It all began with Majic, she was very knowledgeable and helped me make my decision because she reminded me how much I deserved to feel great about myself and was confident they could make it happen for me. The surgery was a little bit painful but that was to be expected because I was not put to sleep. I'm still in recovery second week so I'm still waiting for results to appear. All the staff was very kind and helpful and attentive I have no complaints. I have and will mention it to other people and make recommendations. Kenny at reception was very helpful and answered all my questions actually everybody in the whole place that I had contact with was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Where do I begin! To be healthy & comfortable in my own skin is empowering! Simply put, we owe it to ourselves to be happy at every stage of our journey. Having kids was a blessing but it wasn’t easy on my body. My entire experience from the first consultation with Julie Knapton at The Woodlands location to my procedure done by Dr. Daisy Ayim at the Houston location and RN Veronica Balderas to my 5 Balancer Pro Lymphatic Massage sessions with Milli at The Woodlands has all been exceptional! Excellent customer relationship with the staff & my surgeon. I was advised on what was involved with the procedure & both my surgeon and clinical staff made sure I understood. Any questions I had prior to my procedure, we’re answered promptly & clearly. After my procedure both my surgeon & RN called me directly to check in on me within a day or two. At my one week follow up, my RN gave me clear instructions on what is expected in my post care. I’ve had a great experience so far.
Everyone in the office were very friendly and professional. Dr. Egu did my procedure. I’m very happy with my results, my pain was very minimal. Britany was my nurse the day of my procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I have had Veronica as my nurse on follow up visits, she has made sure I have anything I need for recovery, and made sure I had her information so I could contact her with any questions. I would highly recommend Sono Bello Houston.
It was everything you guys advertised about down time was minimum wasn’t much pain, and the staff was amazing from Mrs Russia down to Jocelyenn to Kenny every question I had they answered to the best of there abilities! and I’m satisfied with the outcome
