I would definitely recommend Houston Sono Bello to my family and friends. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, from front desk on. All questions have been answered in a speedy manner.

Everyone was amazing from start to finish. Russia consultation was amazing no pressure just advised of the options. After making the decision and being placed with an amazing Dr Madjidi made my decision even worth doing again no pressure. All my follow up with the nurse Mercedes has been educational and on point . Everyone at Sonobello has been very helpful. Their communication skills are excellent. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful with reminders for appointments. Recognizing that I possess an intimidating demeanor and acknowledging my high level of activity, I find it difficult to remain in bed for extended periods. Each of the staff members that I interacted with was caring. Veronica (the RN that I met with for each post-op visit) was amazing. She took the time to listen and answer any questions I had.

My experience during my consultation before the procedure was easy and they took the time to answer all my questions. The pre-op and day of procedure were both a great experience. My post-op appointments were great as well. I have no complaints and would recommend Houston Sonobello!
